Access to MyGuide

Weyerhaeuser employees can access payroll and benefits information from any computer connected to the Internet. We recommend that you use Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. NOTICE: Employees are responsible for all transactions conducted through this web site, please keep your personal identification information confidential.

To access your information:

  1. Return to the previous page
  2. Select the "MyGuide to Employee and Manager Services" link
  3. Follow the instructions on the MyGuide sign-in page

You can find your PeopleSoft employee ID number below your name on your paycheck, or by calling the employee service center Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific, at 1-800-833-0030.

If you experience difficulties with the login process, please call the IT Service Desk at 1-877-924-7373.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

An ESC PIN is used to authenticate your identity when calling the ESC. This provides secure access to your personal information in PeopleSoft.

If you have forgotten your PIN or have not received one yet, follow these simple instructions to retrieve your PIN.

If you prefer your PIN not be provided through this automated authentication process, please contact the employee service center Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific, at 1-800-833-0030.

Call the ESC

The ESC PIN is only used to authenticate your identity when calling the ESC. To retrieve your ESC PIN number, please call the ESC (1-800-833-0030) and select option 1, option 4 for U.S. employees or option 2, option 3 for Canadian employees, follow the instructions to alternatively authenticate your identity and the phone system will provide you with your PIN.

If you have difficulty, stay on the line and you will be connected to an Employee Service Representative who will verify your personal information and will assist you with your request.
